Rabbit grooming, by appointment only

​

• Grooming availability is on first come first serve basis

• ​Deposit of transport fee for ALL House-calls

• Unresponsive and no deposit = Appointment NOT confirmed 

- Deposit forfeited for ANY cancellation / reschedules made within 3 days of appointment due to personal reason

-You may reschedule ONCE 3 days prior to appointment and within 3 days of appointment ONLY IF bunny is unfit for grooming without forfeiting the deposit

-Refunds only for bunnies that are critically unfit / passed on

Just like our dedication, the above T&C is only applicable to bunnies.

• +$10 charge applicable for aggressive bunnies that kick / scratch resulting in groomer physical injuries ( Claw / Bite )

• We do not offer packages deals​

• We do not accept new drop off request

• Body fur trim for long coat bunnies only

   

• Do inform us if your bunny have any medical condition and we will advise accordingly 

• Do block out at least 1.5 hours of your day for the session as duration varies according to fur condition and cooperation.
